Summarize your experience, specialties, and your story or business history I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that has worked with children with autism since 2016 and has worked with individuals with disabilities in a variety of settings since 2010. While working in the mental health field, I discovered that behavior analysis was the most effective therapy for children in the spectrum and started my journey as an ABA therapist. While working in a pediatric clinic in Jersey City, I became a Registered Behavior Technician, and now help the autism community as a BCBA. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from Rider University. My experiences within the field include developing skill acquisition programs to teach social skills, language and communication, adaptive skills, and functional skills. I have developed Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and have conducted behavioral assessments for young learners. My academic and clinical interests involve behavioral skills training and parent training, and bringing ABA services to other countries. I am also fluent in Spanish.
